100 boxes of toilet paper contributed to USS New Orleans fire that caused $12 million in damage

Ceiling-high stacks of toilet paper blocked fire suppression systems and contributed to a blaze aboard the USS New Orleans that resulted in about $12 million in damage to the ship, a Navy investigation said.
