After being denied wrongful death claim, family files lawsuit alleging failures to prevent suicide, sexual assault at Air Force Academy

2nd Lt. Cailin Foster died by suicide Nov. 7, 2021, six months after graduation. Her parents say her death could have been prevented had the academy properly investigated an allegation of sexual assault.
