On 17 August 2026, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1000 of 5 May 2026 supplementing the European Market Infrastructure Regulation by specifying the method for the determination of fees charged by the European Banking Authority for the validation of the pro forma models referred to in Article 11(3), fourth subparagraph, of that Regulation, and specifying the modalities of the payment of those fees. The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ (6 September 2026).
