Fort Hood soldier arrested, charged in death of Louisiana man

Pfc. Taylor Jenkins, 20, was arrested in Killeen, Texas, and charged with second-degree murder in the death of a man in Louisiana, who was reported missing three days earlier, according to the local police department.
