Air Force chaplain files lawsuit over moldy conditions in Texas base housing

Lt Col. Travis Allen, his wife Stacey Allen and their daughter moved to Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Air Force Base in July 2022, and the chaplain described his experience that followed as “utter betrayal” that he would not have believed possible if he hadn’t lived it.
