President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy are due to begin Oval Office talks in Washington. Zelenskyy said he also planned to pay his respects at the funeral service for the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, a staunch backer of Ukraine.
