By way of introduction, my name is Joel Durham, and I serve as the Executive Publication Editor of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal (EPJ) at Texas Tech University School of Law. I am currently seeking to fill our last article slot for our Fall Issue of Vol. 19.
Over the past 17 years, EPJ has published numerous articles that have been recognized by the State Bar of Texas as the top scholarly articles in the state. While we are proud of this distinction, we remain committed to publishing thoughtful and impactful scholarship in the years ahead.
