New Army battalion to expand Guam’s defenses against missiles, drones

The 3rd Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment will operate Patriot, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, and Indirect Fire Protection Capability systems, said Capt. Leonard Peralta, spokesman for the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command.
