The ACC Foundation will host its Cybersecurity 201 Virtual Learning Labs from Sept. 8–10, bringing together legal and industry professionals to explore key cybersecurity, privacy, artificial intelligence, and data governance issues.
Greenberg Traurig Shareholders Darren Abernethy and Liz Harding will present “Cybersecurity 201, Part 2: Doing Business Across Borders: Navigating Data Protection & Compliance” on Sept. 9 at 11:00 a.m. ET. The program will examine cross-border data transfers, global privacy compliance, vendor risk management, and strategies for building resilient data governance programs across jurisdictions.
The presentation is part of a three-part series that also includes “Part 1: The CLO and CISO Relationship” and “Part 3: Deepfakes, Threats, and Protection Strategies.”
