Linden Capital has acquired Relevate Health from Mountaingate Capital, according to industry reports.
Relevate, founded in 2007 and based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a healthcare commercialization platform serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and other healthcare organizations.
Linden, founded in 2004 and based in Chicago, is a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. The firm pursues acquisition opportunities across the healthcare industry, including services, products and distribution companies, and prefers to make more substantial investments from a dollars perspective.
Mountaingate, founded in 2016 and based in Denver, is a private equity firm that focuses investments in digital marketing, business services, specialty manufacturing and specialty distribution.
